Through conducting user research, including surveying people and analyzing online reviews, I discovered that a major problem in the existing train ticket app was the lack of language options, making it difficult for non-Polish speakers to navigate the app. Additionally, the app only allowed for logging in with a phone number in Polish format, and did not provide the option to log in with an email address. Another problem was seat selection - it was impossible to do it in the app. In the form of an exercise, I thought about solutions that could be implemented to make the user experience better. In addition, I designed a user interface in Figma that is consistent with the PKP Intercity visual identity.
